I am genuinely excited about Valentine’s Day today. I try to enjoy myself and the people I love on this not really important holiday instead of wallowing in my single sadness (that’s what I do every other day). I kind of love all the corniness about it.
I’ve celebrated Galentine’s Day (Caitie and I watched Once at the theaters last year <3), I’ve had Valentine’s Gay (My best friend Steph and I went on a double date with our best gays two years ago) and this year I have Palentine’s Day where I’m spoiling the shit out of my bff Kyle with really obnoxious Valentine’s Day pressies.
We’re going to a taping of Conan this afternoon, and later going to the theaters to see a double feature of Before Sunrise and Like Crazy. Best Valentine’s ever. :)
